A bit of her theatre works.

	1992 – Trelawny of the Wells Helena played Imogen Parrot in Trelawny of the Wells at the Comedy Theatre, along with Sarah Brightman, Kelly Hunter and Edward Duke.
	1992 – The Barber of Seville Helena played Rosina in The Barber of Seville at the Palace Theatre in Watford.
	1991 – The House of Bernarda Alba Helena played Magdalena in The House of Bernarda Alba at the Nottingham Playhouse.
	1989 – The Chalk Garden From 14th February to 11th March, Helena starred in Enid Bagnold‘s production of The Chalk Garden at the Theatre Royal Windsor. Her role for this theatre play is unknown.
	1988 – The Woman in White Based on the novel by Wilkie Collins, Helena starred as Laura Fairlie in Melissa Murray’s production of The Woman in White at the Greenwich Theatre in London.
	1987 – The Tempest Helena played the role of Miranda in her stage-debut at the Oxford Playhouse in 1987. The production also starred Samuel West, Shaun Glanville, Tom Russell and Mark Lewis.
